Pack of Cuban Cigars is an Other item that can be acquired through larceny. It can be purchased from and sold to Bits 'n' Bobs.
The Pack of Cuban Cigars was one of the items available at the official launch of Torn on 15 November 2004, having been introduced during the Torn City Beta. [1]
The item currently has no use outside of being sold. As it can be sold to the Recycling Center, no use is planned for the item in the foreseeable future.
Obtaining
The Pack of Cuban Cigars can be obtained through the "Mansion" larceny crime. It can also be found through city finds and can be traded between players.
