Duke's Will Contents
LAST WILL
I, Duke "The Shark", residing at 123 Ocean Street, New City, Bigland, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills and codicils previously made by me.
Executor
I appoint Penelope "The Viper" Smith, my ex-girlfriend, residing [redacted] as the Executor of this will. If Penelope is unable or unwilling to serve as the Executor, I appoint an alternative executor to be chosen by the court.
Distribution of Estate
I hereby bequeath the following assets to Penelope "The Viper" Smith:
- a. My cash, cars, and any other valuables accumulated throughout my illustrious career as a loan shark.
- b. The secret stash hidden at [redacted] containing all the ill-gotten gains I managed to amass.
- c. The keys to my luxurious penthouse at [redacted] where we shared some memorable moments.
Alternate Beneficiaries
In the event that Penelope "The Viper" Smith predeceases me or is unable to inherit the assets for any reason, I direct my Executor to distribute the assets mentioned in Clause 3 to the following alternate beneficiaries:
- a. Vinny "The Snake" Russo, my loyal right-hand man, residing [redacted]
- b. Tony "The Hammer" Marino, my trusted associate and enforcer, residing at [redacted]
- c. Frankie "The Ace" Lombardi, a fellow shark in the loan business, residing at [redacted]
Residual Estate
I hereby bequeath the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, including any assets not explicitly mentioned in this will, to my trusted ally and confidant, Sammy "The Sledgehammer" Valentino.
Guardianship
If applicable, I appoint my sister, Gina "The Protector" Moretti, as the guardian of my minor children, should they require a guardian upon my passing. This appointment is subject to the approval of the appropriate legal authorities.
