Silver Necklace
Silver Necklace is a Jewelry item that can be acquired through shoplifting. It can be sold to (but not purchased at) the Jewelry store.
The Silver Necklace was one of the items available at the official launch of Torn on 15 November 2004, having been introduced during the Torn City Beta. [1]
The Silver Necklace is equipped in a unique slot and can be equipped with any Clothing and Armor, including other necklaces. It will layer over armor, but will layer under clothing that is layer 4 or higher. [2] The Silver Necklace will layer below all other necklaces, but the bottom of the necklace is not covered by the Gold Necklace, Pearl Necklace, or Statement Necklace. [3]

Obtaining
In Crimes 1.0 the Silver Necklace can be obtained through the "Necklace" shoplifting crime. It can also be found through city finds, be obtained through the use of a Christmas Cracker, [4] and can be traded between players.
The Silver Necklace is more common as a Crimes 1.0 shoplifting result when a player's Crime Experience is lower.
The Silver Necklace can be found as a result of the following crimes:
- "Jewelry Store" (quantity between one - two)
- "Apartment" (quantity one)
- "Funeral Director" (quantity three)
- "Lake House" (quantity two, requires a Jemmy)
- "Luxury Villa" (quantity two)
