Selling to Pharmacy

Most medical items can be sold back to the Pharmacy at reduced prices. You cannot sell back Disposable Mask and already filled blood bags. Additionally, though you can sell Neumune Tablet to Pharmacy, you cannot buy it from Pharmacy.

Historical Notes

Prior to a January 2024 update the Pharmacy was unlocked upon completion of the Bachelor of Biology course. This was changed when the Pharmacy was added as a location in the Shoplifting Crime

• Changed Pharmacy to be unlocked for all players by default without requiring an education course
