Tyrosine acts as a mental alertness booster by synthesising itself into dopamine; a compound which improves the transport of messages between nerve cells and neurons. Tests on animals show that Tyrosine can have an effect on mood and alertness. When used in combat, this booster will provide a massive bonus to dexterity.

User becomes Sharpened, increasing Dexterity by 500% for 120 seconds.

Tyrosine can be also sold for $450,000 to Big Als' Gun Shop.
Tyrosine can be found from following crimes:
- Dead Body : Abandon (quantity 1) (unique)
- Commercial Targets
- Chiropractors (quantity 1)
- Industrial Targets
- Slaughterhouse (quantity 2)
Effect
Upon use, the user becomes Sharpened, increasing Dexterity by 500% for a duration of 120 seconds.
This effect is stackable with Serotonin, Melatonin and Epinephrine.
The effect is lost when player ends up in hospital.
Tyrosine effect can be increased passively:
- by 10% (reaching 550%) when completing education module SPT2480: Sports Medicine.
- by 50% with Gents Strip Club 5* special Supple. This company special also increases Tyrosine duration from 120 seconds to 180 seconds.
