A lottery voucher which can be traded in for 100 lottery tickets for the weekly draw, courtesy of the Lucky Shot Casino.

Lottery Voucher is a Supply Pack item that can be found in the city.
It can also be acquired:
- via LSC's Benefit Block
- as a Subscriber Reward
- received as reward from the Mystery Gift when playing casino game Wheel of Awesome.
- if available, can purchased in Mission shop for ~156 mission credits.
- during the annual Christmas Town event.
Lottery Voucher can be also found from following crimes:
- Sell counterfeit DVDs (quantity one) (unique)
- Postal Worker (quantity one) (unique)
- Suburban Home (quantity one) (unique)
Use
Upon using the lottery voucher, the player will be credited with 100 entries for the Lucky Shot Lotto
