Pepper Spray
Pepper Spray is a Temporary weapon that can be purchased at Big Al's Gun Shop for $800, and sold for $600. It can be also found as city find.
The Duke contracts Emotional Debt and Graffiti require a target to be hit with Pepper Spray.
Usage
If Pepper Spray is used on the first turn when attacking, your Stealth will be increased.
Pepper Spray passive stat modifier is multiplicative.
Pepper Spray can be used by both attackers and defenders during combat.
Example: If an opponent has an effective Dexterity of 1,000,000, then using a Pepper Spray will reduce their Dexterity to 200,000 (i.e., 1/5th) for 15–20 seconds. This temporary debuff gives a strong accuracy advantage to whichever side used the spray, attacker or defender.
Following helmets block Pepper Spray completely: Delta Gas Mask, EOD Helmet, Hazmat Suit, Marauder Face Mask, Motorcycle Helmet, Riot Helmet, Vanguard Respirator, Welding Helmet.
Obtaining
Pepper Spray can be received as possible items when opening Christmas Cracker.
