Casino Self-Exclusion
Players looking to be voluntarily self-excluded from the casino are advised to visit their preferences for the tab labeled "Casino self-exclusion". This is an automated process to temporarily lock the player out of any casino activities starting with a minimum of 7 days.
Casino self-exclusion also include use of Lottery Vouchers, opening Melee Caches, Small Arms Caches, Medium Arms Caches, Heavy Arms Caches, Armor Caches, Cosmetic Caches and playing Pot game during Christmas Town.
Details
Self-exclusion prevents players from opening the casino for the time specified and cannot be undone, as well as prevents lottery vouchers, weapons caches, armor caches, cosmetic caches and casino passes being used.
Duration
The duration is a pre-determined amount of time that can be picked from a list. The first duration available is 7 days, with higher durations available once the lower durations have run their full course at least once.
The available durations are:
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
- 60 days
- 90 days
- 180 days
- 365 days
Confirmation
Once can find various information about what or when the self-exclusion happened.
Initially, if everything goes correctly, the webpage will immediately say:
You have self-excluded yourself from the casino for (X) days.
Revisiting the same page will display:
You are self-excluded from the casino for (X) more days until (TIME DATE).
Attempting to visit the casino will display:
Your account cannot access the casino for (X) more days
Attempting to open Lottery Vouchers and caches will display:
You're currently banned from the casino.
Also the player log will note when the self-exclusion began. You will not get an event when the self-exclusion kicks in.

Trivia
- There is currently no way to skip ahead to the longer duration exclusion.
- The request sent to the website is converted into seconds. Any illogical requests displays with a generic message: "Something went wrong!"
- Any pending bookie winnings are unable to be claimed until the ban expires

- Originally, users who voluntarily wished to receive a "Casino Ban" were advised to contact a member of staff. Moderators, officers, or the community manager were available to discuss options.
