World Blood Donor Day

World Blood Donor Day is annual 48 hour event where life and cooldown penalties for drawing blood is halved.

This event uses event time slot, where player choose their event starting time.

• Event Start Time: June 13th, 2026; player chosen start time, between 10:00TCT and 16:00TCT
• Event End Time: June 15th, 2026; 48 hours after the start time.

Instead of life loss of 30% and 1 hour medical cooldown, it is then 15% life loss and 30 minutes medical cooldown, when using Empty Blood Bag to make a Blood Bag. To use a blood bag, player must have completed the Intravenous Therapy education course(BIO2127).

It is unknown if there are special outcomes in crime during the event window.
