Halloween Basket : Haunting #1006
This basket is more hillbilly than haunting, but I suppose that's quite apt. After all, what's more haunting than the image of a redneck sleeping with his sister? Him sleeping with his mother? Yes, I'll give you that. And we'll also give you an extra 20% in treat collection bonuses too.

Halloween Basket : Haunting is a Special item that can only be obtained by upgrading a Halloween Basket : Frightful by getting 90 total treats. It is used to gather treats during the annual Trick or Treat event.
The Haunting basket provides a 20% boost to treat collection. It will automatically be upgraded to the Halloween Basket : Shocking after a player gathers 100 additional treats (for a total of 190).
A new Halloween Basket : Spooky cannot be purchased when a player possesses a Haunting basket, as only one basket can be owned per player.
The Halloween Basket : Haunting cannot be traded between players, sold to a store, or found through city finds.
