Halloween Basket : Freaky #1004
The reason this basket is called Freaky is because we made it look like Lindsay Lohan in Freaky Friday. In real life, she has only two teeth in her mouth. And in Torn City, this basket provides you with two 5% bonuses to your treat collection chance. That's 10% in total, omg!

Halloween Basket : Freaky is a Special item that can only be obtained by upgrading a Halloween Basket : Creepy by getting 15 total treats. It is used to gather treats during the annual Trick or Treat event.
The Freaky basket provides a 10% boost to treat collection. It will automatically be upgraded to the Halloween Basket : Frightful after a player gathers 25 additional treats (for a total of 40).
A new Halloween Basket : Spooky cannot be purchased when a player possesses a Freaky basket, as only one basket can be owned per player.
The Halloween Basket : Freaky cannot be traded between players, sold to a store, or found through city finds.
