Usage

If Flash Grenade is used on the first turn when attacking, your Stealth will be increased.

Flash Grenade passive stat modifier is multiplicative.

Flash Grenade can be used by both attackers and defenders during combat.

Example: If an opponent has an effective Speed of 1,000,000, then using a Flash Grenade will reduce their Speed to 200,000 (i.e., 1/5th) for 15–20 seconds.

During an attack when used, then following helmets block Flash Grenade completely: Welding Helmet.
