Tabata RM2 is a Car item that can be acquired through Grand Theft Auto crimes. It can be sold to (but not purchased at) the Torn Docks.

Obtaining

The Tabata RM2 is most commonly obtained through the "Steal a Parked Car" and "Hijack a Car" Grand Theft Auto crimes. It is obtained about 24% of the time (or roughly one time for every ~4 successes) from "Steal a Parked Car" and about 5% of the time (or roughly one time for every 20 successes) from "Hijack a Car." [1]

It can also be received as a possible result from paying 75 job points to use the Mechanic Shop 5* special, "Junkyard Dog." [2]

The Tabata RM2 can be received as reward when landing on the "Mystery Gift" portion of the Wheel of Mediocrity.

The Tabata RM2 cannot be found through city finds, but can be traded between players.

Historical Notes

The Tabata RM2 was previously known as the "Toyota MR2," which is a real-life vehicle. It was updated to its current fictionalized brand on 30 July 2024 [3] due to trademark concerns. [4]
