Chevalier CVR

Chevalier CVR #92

Like most American cars, the Chevalier CVR simply cannot take a corner, so you're limited as to what you can achieve with this vehicle. What you do get is a beast of an engine at 2,800cc, so don't be surprised if you see the CVR zipping past you midway through a Class D race, only to let you pass with ease on the inside.

Obtaining

The Chevalier CVR is usually obtained through the "Steal a Parked Car" and "Hijack a Car" Grand Theft Auto crimes. It is obtained about .9% of the time (or roughly one time for every 111 successes) from "Steal a Parked Car" and about 5% of the time (or roughly one time for every 20 successes) from "Hijack a Car." [1]

It can also be received as a possible result from paying 75 job points to use the Mechanic Shop 5* special, "Junkyard Dog." [2]

The Chevalier CVR cannot be found through city finds but can be traded between players.

Chevalier CVR can be received as reward from the Mystery Gift when playing casino game Wheel of Lame.

Historical Notes

The Chevalier CVR was previously known as the "Chevrolet Cavalier," which is a real-life vehicle. It was updated to its current fictionalized brand on 30 July 2024 [3] due to trademark concerns. [4]
