In recognition of this fact, M'aol's tooth is often worn as a necklace by those who are accused of deception as a means of asserting their honesty. Slyo Tooth is an Enhancer item that can be obtained as Loot from the NPC Sylo'nadam [103].
Use of the Sylo Tooth will provide a passive +25% critical hit chance. It is currently unknown how long this effect will last or if there will be other restrictions on it.
It is currently hidden from queries to Torn's API.
Historical Notes
The Slyo Tooth was added to the game's code in late 2021, but has remained hidden in the API since. It was originally known as the "M'aol Tooth" and was a Collectible item, but it was updated to its current name and classification sometime in early to mid 2024.
