The Sun Hat is a type of headwear defined by a large brim, with its purpose being to protect the head, neck and shoulders from the sun's rays. You will often find these hats being worn by people who live in Earth's equatorial regions, but they can also be spotted on the heads of English women who think they're posh just because their boyfriend won tickets to the races.
