When severed, M'aol's tentacles are highly desired by those of a selfish disposition. Their ownership is said to bring great fortune to the door of those who possess one, but this fortune comes at the expense of a loved one. It is for this reason that the M'aol tentacle is rarely displayed in public, for it indicates to others where the bearer's priorities lie.

M'aol Tentacle is an Enhancer item that can be obtained as Loot from the NPC M'aol [23].
Use of the M'aol Tentacle will double Nerve and Energy regeneration. It is currently unknown how long this effect will last or if there will be other restrictions on it.
It is currently hidden from queries to Torn's API.
Historical Notes
The M'aol Tentacle was added to the game's code in late 2021, but has remained hidden in the API since. It was originally was a Collectible item, but it was updated to its current classification sometime in early to mid 2024.
