Template:Patch History

Template documentation (for the above template, sometimes hidden or invisible)
Description
This template is used to display when something was released and display any changes it has received since it's release (Change History). The Change History text displayed is from the PAGENAME/Change History subpage.
If the subject of the page has not changed significantly since it was released or does not require specific details on how it was released the subpage is not required.
Syntax
Add the following near the end of the page:

{{Patch History|1}}

The unnamed parameter requires the starting patch number.

If the Patch History subpage is needed the example formatting below can be used. The history should be listed in reverse chronological order with the most recent change(s) at the top of the list.
