Most frequently found in the hands of lonely middle-aged men with nothing better to do on a Sunday, the metal detector is a handheld device capable of locating metallic objects through sand, soil and human flesh.

Metal Detector is a Tool item that can be found as a unique result when doing the "Search the Junkyard" Crime with Level 30 Search For Cash experience or higher.
It is likely that each player will only be able to obtain one. [1]
Usage
Possession of a Metal Detector unlocks access to the "Search the Beach" crime.
