Sadly, this license is a forgery, allowing it to be wielded by people with all sorts of fucked-up views, including anti-vaxxers, homeopaths, and people who believe seed oils will turn you into a transgender birthday clown. Owning this license does not confer any medical ability, but it does give off an air of expertise, allowing you to diagnose anyone with anything! Which, if you think about it, is a victimless crime, since they were going to use Google to do that anyway.
