Authenticate
Authenticating yourself on Torn is the action of logging into Torn with your email and password. After Authentication, you are automatically forward to a landing page, where forum widgets, Facebook widgets, etc. greet you. To disable any non Torn widgit, visit the settings.
Remember: do not share your email and/or password.

- Removed the ability to choose the SMS two factor authentication method
- Please note, we've decided to remove the SMS Message two factor authentication method, as steadily increasing bureaucracy is causing more and more of these messages to be blocked by a growing number of networks across many countries. The service has become too difficult for us to maintain, requiring us to register and pay subscription fees on an individual country basis just for the luxury of sending six digits. Those who currently have the 'SMS Message' option selected for their two factor authentication have received a message with further details.
