Unfortunately most of these are ex-driving school cars which have been curbed one too many times resulting in bad handling. Its braking, however, is brilliant.

Nissan Micra is a Car item that can be acquired through Grand Theft Auto crimes. It can be sold to (but not purchased at) the Torn Docks.
Obtaining
The Citroen Saxo can only be obtained through the "Steal a Parked Car" Grand Theft Auto crime. It is obtained about .13% of the time (or roughly one time for every 750 successes) from "Steal a Parked Car." [1]
The Nissan Micra cannot be found through city finds but can be traded between players.
