This German-revised British classic has retained the original car's playful and remarkable handling, with some clever tweaking from British tuning company John Cooper. As this car is supercharged, all the power is delivered at the low end of the revs, allowing great torque but affecting its top speed.

Mini Cooper S is a Car item that can be acquired through Grand Theft Auto crimes. It can be sold to (but not purchased at) the Torn Docks.
Obtaining
The Mini Cooper S can only be obtained through the "Hijack a Car" Grand Theft Auto crime. It is obtained about 1% of the time (or roughly one time for every 100 successes) from "Hijack a Car. "[1]
The Mini Cooper S cannot be found through city finds but can be traded between players.
