Citroen Saxo is a Car item that can be acquired through Grand Theft Auto crimes. It can be sold to (but not purchased at) the Torn Docks.
Obtaining
The Citroen Saxo can be obtained through the "Steal a Parked Car" and "Hijack a Car" Grand Theft Auto crimes. It is obtained about .13% of the time (or roughly one time for every 750 successes) from "Steal a Parked Car" and about 1% of the time (or roughly one time for every 100 successes) from "Hijack a Car." The Citroen Saxo cannot be found through city finds but can be traded between players.
